PLEASE NOTE: Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom are not charged UK VAT. However, import duties, taxes, and handling fees may be applied upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are calculated based on the value of the imported goods and the local VAT or tax rate set by the destination country’s customs authorities. They are the responsibility of the recipient and are not controlled or collected by us.

PAY AND COLLECT
COLLECT FROM THE SHOP
When placing your order, if you choose the Click & Collect option at checkout, you won't be subjected to a packing & shipping fee.
As soon as your order is ready for collection, we will promptly notify you to arrange the package's collection from our London shop.
Usually orders are ready in one working day. Please wait until you receive our message before visiting the shop.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase.
If you decide you want to return the item(s) and get a full refund, please contact us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order. Regrettably, after this timeframe, we won't be able to grant you a refund.
Once we receive the returned item(s) in the original condition within 21 days of your written return request, we'll process the refund within 48 hours. However, please note that if the goods are damaged or arrive later than 21 days from your return request, we won't be able to issue a refund.
SALE GOODS RETURNS
Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns for sale goods unless they were wrongly described or shipped incorrectly.
LEATHER RETURNS
Leather is a natural material; as such, each hide or skin will possess unique characteristics, such as growth marks, brand marks, scars and the possibility of small holes or cuts.
Our leather is sourced from surplus stocks at the end of production from various brands and small tanneries' end-of-season collections. It is important to note that in most cases, the leather we offer is of second or third-grade and imperfections are to be expected. We do not consider these imperfections as defects. Please read the description carefully before purchasing your item.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer replacements or cover the expenses associated with return shipping due to the inherent nature of leather imperfections. In case you have any concerns regarding the placement of large panels or any specific requirements related to the leather, we kindly ask that you contact us before completing your order.
RETURNS SHIPPING CHARGES
Please note that except for wrongly described goods or goods shipped incorrectly, we are unable to cover the cost of return postage. In the event that we send you the wrong goods or the description is inaccurate, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for you to print and use when returning the item(s).
If simply change your mind about your purchase and you are requesting a refund, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment. Please be aware that we cannot be held liable for any non-receipt of returned goods. Therefore, if you are returning the goods at your own expense, we strongly recommend you use a tracked service to ensure the package can be monitored.
