DESCRIPTION: Rectangular bag lock with push mechanism.

USE: The rectangular top is designed to be positioned on the flap of a bag, with the small male component to be attached to the bag's body. Simply push the button on the bottom to release the catch.
INSTALLATION: To install the top component, slide it into the material and secure it using the provided screws. For the bottom part, create two slits in the material for the prongs. Then, place the corresponding washer over the prongs on the backside of the material and fold the prongs for a secure closure. 

Each set includes the top and bottom parts, two small screws and a washer.
It is suitable for leather up to 3 mm thick.

To assist you, we have assigned different numbers to each gold variation (e.g., Gold 1, Gold 2, etc.) in the product descriptions, helping you determine if the hardware you are purchasing has the same finish.

WHAT IS OUR BAG MAKING HARDWARE MADE OF?

Our stock hardware is primarily made of zamac (also known as zamak), a zinc alloy composed of zinc, aluminum, magnesium, and copper.

Zamac is an ideal material for fashion accessories due to its affordability and ease of processing, as it becomes fluid at a low temperature.

This material is typically cast into two moulds, which is sometimes visible as a thin seam down the middle of items.
