DESCRIPTION: Forged carbon steel leather skiving knife with a black stonewashed finish. Supplied sharpened and ready to use.

USE: This is a versatile tool for trimming leather and reducing its thickness. Particularly useful for thinning edges before folding or joining layers, helping reduce bulk and achieve a neat finish.
Its high-quality, wear-resistant steel helps the blade stay sharp for longer than many lower-cost alternatives.
 
Keep clean and dry. You can apply a light coat of oil before storage to help prevent rust.
Strop regularly and sharpen when needed to maintain the cutting edge.
