DESCRIPTION: Small leather paring knife. Available in both right and left handed orientation.
The compact design fits the end perfectly, allowing for more control and enabling intricate cuts.
Cut from 1.5mm solid steel. Available in both left and right handed orientations. 

USE: Also called skiving knife, this is an essential and also versatile tool typically used four trimming or thinning-down leather work. Thinning down leather, or skiving, is essential for enhancing the flexibility and workability of the material, particularly in projects that require folding or layering.
This type of pairing knife is traditionally used by bookbinders and shoe-makers.
